Escorted by Bronx Borough president Ruben Diaz Jr., Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton rode the New York City subway on Thursday. It took five swipes of Clinton’s MetroCard to get through the turnstile at the 161st Street station at Yankee Stadium. She rode one stop to the 170th Street station on the 4 train, according to CNN’s Dan Merica. Clinton’s ride follows what many considered to be a gaffe by her rival, Sen. Rain Barrel Giveaway: During heavy storms, runoff can overwhelm your street’s sewer system and in some cases cause street flooding.
