Third Avenue BID targets opioid crisis in South Bronx.
The Third Avenue BID in the South Bronx is working to combat the opioid epidemic. BID Executive Director Michael Brady says their offices overlook Roberto Clemente Plaza, where he says a lot of people go to
use drugs.
  He says everyone at the BID knows how to use Narcan – an antidote that quickly reverses opioid overdoses.
